Construction company ADLI has begun construction work on NEXT Address, a modern, multifunctional residential and investment complex in the city of Batumi.

ADLI is carrying out the construction of NEXT Address on commission from the development company NEXT, and the project encompasses monolithic works covering 124,119 m².

At this stage of the construction site, work includes the installation of the monolithic structure for the commercial floor of the first block, as well as the assembly of the vertical structures of the third floor.

ADLI carries out its work in accordance with international standards. During the monolithic construction process, for both the floor slabs and the vertical structures, the company uses formwork systems from the German company PERI, including ALPHADECK, HANDSET Alpha, and DUO.

NEXT Address consists of three blocks and combines modern apartments with a business center.

NEXT's portfolio includes distinguished residential and business complexes, five-star branded residences in partnership with Radisson Hotel Group and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, premium-class resorts, villas, aparthotels, and business centers.

The collaboration between ADLI and NEXT began in 2026, and NEXT Address is the first project on which the company ADLI is carrying out monolithic works.
